How to Get Your $50 Visa Gift Card or Hercules Instrument Stand
 
  1. Purchase a qualifying Jupiter or Azumi instrument between April 1, 2012 thru June 30, 2012.
  2. Complete the Consumer Rebate Form (available here as a PDF file). Print and fill in the form completely.
  3. Mail a copy of your receipt and instrument case tag with model and serial number with the completed offer form to the address below.
  4. Submissions must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2012.

Qualifying Instruments
This program applies only to consumer purchases during the promotional period April 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012.  Program includes all 300 and 900 series piccolos, Azumi flutes, 600 and 700 series flutes, 500 and 1100 series harmony flutes, 700 and 900 series clarinets, 500, 767, 787, and 900 series saxophones, 1000 and 1100 series Bb trumpets, 604 series C trumpets, 800 series flugelhorns, and select 500, 600, and 700 series trombones. Allow 4-6 weeks for Visa Gift Card process and Hercules stand redemption.
