This warranty registration form is for purchases within the U.S. only. For warranty registration on purchases outside of the U.S., please contract the dealer in your country.

To ensure your instrument's warranty and support, please fill out the form below in full. This form is for the Jupiter Participation Warranty for student instrument models, and for the Jupiter Standard Warranty for all other models. The Participation Warranty is valid from time of sale throughout the original student's high school music participation years. The Standard Warranty is valid from time of purchase for one year.
